As CEO, Leonardo/ISAST and ASU Professor of Practice (School of the Future of Innovation in Society, and the School for Arts, Media, & Engineering), she has established robust partnerships, launched pilot initiatives, expanded signature programs, increased and diversified income and staff 4X, all while advancing inclusive practices and policies. Her public speaking and media engagement have reached over half a million people directly, sharing insights that resonate with diverse audiences, from academia to nonprofit to industry leaders. As founding CEO of Global Momenta, inaugural Global Catalyst Senior Fellow at The New School, and as the author and editor of four books, including “A New Global Agenda: Priorities, Practices, & Pathways of the International Community,” Diana's work has been featured in the World Economic Forum Agenda, Huffington Post, NPR, and MIT Press. Recognized for her leadership as founder of the Fast Forward Fund, Ayton-Shenker was honored by President Bill Clinton at the Clinton Global Initiative University (CGIU), and by the Social Venture Network through Social Innovation Awards. She served as inaugural Nazarian Social Innovator in Residence at the Wharton School of Business, was named one of "25 Leading Women Changing the World'' by Good Business New York, and was featured among “31 Inspiring Women in Nonprofit Management'' by Univ. of North Carolina.
