Melhim Bou Alwan MD, MHCM is an internal medicine physician and physician leader with a keen interest in quality improvement across various healthcare delivery settings.

Having completed his medical studies at the American University of Beirut, Melhim moved to Atlanta to pursue a training in Internal Medicine at Emory University. He subsequently obtained a Masters in Healthcare Management from Harvard University.

Melhim’s passions include improving healthcare access to underserved populations, enhancing the quality and value of care delivered across the healthcare continuum and optimizing the patient journey. His extensive background in international medical collaboration both as a student and as a practicing clinician gives him a unique perspective on global health challenges, international collaboration and cross-cultural healthcare delivery.
